MyPath is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join the Maintenance Department at our T.C. Harris School & Academy site. You will support daily maintenance, preventive tasks, and emergency response to keep buildings safe and welcoming for those we serve.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of maintenance experience, is dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment within a mission-driven organization. On-site role with standard business hours and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work orders as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist with operation and safe use of tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Maintain boilers, heaters, water systems, and building systems.
• Contribute to preventative maintenance planning and completion.
• Assist with carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas and support other departments as needed.

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for helping ensure that all agency buildings and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and operating in accordance with state regulations and agency standards.This role supports daily maintenance needs, preventative maintenance, emergency response, and seasonal grounds care across the Main Building and Academy.The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that supports individuals with complex needs.
