Job summary

Aerotek in La Vergne, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and plant systems on the 2nd shift (3:30 PM–2:00 AM), onsite.

You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, HVAC and plumbing systems, work with contractors on major repairs, and use SAP/CMMS. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a stable, permanent position.

Qualifications

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to inspect, install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, facilities, electrical, and other systems throughout the plant. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

• Determine proper layout, assembly, and installation of systems.
• Understand and troubleshoot PLCs and control circuits.
• Operate comfortably with SAP/CMMS programs.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related environment.
• Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Certification in at least three of the following: electrical, hydraulics, HVAC, or pneumatics systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Welding or Forklift certification is a plus.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $88920.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
