Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Greystone Pointe in Knoxville. The role focuses on preserving the physical integrity of the property through timely maintenance, preventative tasks, and responsive work orders.

Eligible candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and good communication skills. EPA HVAC and CPO certification are preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401k, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is a plus.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certification is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer knowledge including Word and Excel is expected.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make-readies for units.
• Maintains property grounds and common areas.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Keeps a clean and organized shop and work areas.
• Prepares parts and material lists weekly.
• Assists in coverage of emergency calls with teammates.
• Demonstrates professional customer service with residents, staff and vendors.
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

Overview

Greystone Pointe -Knoxville is looking for a Maintenance Technician who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
