Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a maintenance technician for Vintage Winter Park. The role emphasizes experience, attention to detail, and upkeep of the property, along with hands-on maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is a plus.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficient in basic MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make readies and maintains property grounds.
• Performs preventative maintenance and keeps shop organized.
• Provides parts and material list weekly.
• Assists in coverage of emergency calls with the team.
• Demonstrates professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures.

Overview

Vintage Winter Parkislooking for a maintenance technician who will use their experience and attention to detail skills to maintain our property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Completes make readies
• Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license is required
• EPA HVAC and CPOcertificationpreferred
