Job summary

The ValCap Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician (HVAC certified or willing to certify) to join our team in Kingsport, TN. Training is provided to obtain HVAC certification if needed. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance on multifamily properties, troubleshoot HVAC systems, and handle general repairs.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification or experience required or preferred.
• Experience with multifamily property maintenance preferred.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry skills.
