Job summary

Cencora is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to support AmerisourceBergen operations in the US. The role includes evening shifts Wednesday through Saturday (4-10 hour shifts, 11:00am–9:30pm) and a pay range of $34.00–$37.50 per hour depending on experience.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience. Certification in CFM or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow consistency.
• Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.
• Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.
• Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.
• Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.
