Job summary

Volunteer Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and support daily operations at our apartment communities. This role is vital in maintaining the property's physical integrity and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and completing work orders for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs, routine maintenance, and turnover tasks.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification or HVAC experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family/apartment settings.
• Working knowledge of building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance.
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
