Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Kennewick, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms and public areas safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on hotel facilities and equipment, supporting smooth daily operations.

Summary:

This position is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing hotel facilities, equipment, guest rooms, and public areas to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, completes repair requests, troubleshoots equipment issues, and supports overall hotel operations while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to obtain any government‑required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates. Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts/days, likely to include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
