Job description

Maintenance Technician
Job Type: Full-time | Part-time

Maintenance Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of experience (Property maintenance experience preferred)

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend at the knees, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders

  • Must be able to maintain a safe and clean work environment

  • Experience in HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing is a plus, but not required

Maintenance Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
  • Complete maintenance work orders promptly and effectively

  • Assist with groundskeeping as needed

  • Support apartment turnovers, including minor repairs, grab bar installation, toilet replacements, carpet/pad removal, etc.

  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, hanging fixtures, replacing air filters, and conducting small carpentry or plumbing repairs

  • Carry out routine preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment as directed by the Maintenance Director
