If you have experience in maintenance at a food production facility, electrical skills, or ammonia/refrigeration experience, we want to talk to you TODAY! Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage starting at $26.00 up to $34.50 depending on experience
• $3.00 per hour perfect attendance bonus paid weekly
• Quarterly and annual attendance bonuses

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, buildings, and machinery
• Rebuild, repair, or replace equipment and parts
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Install equipment and machinery
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
• Complete required reports and work tickets accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with management and other departments on maintenance issues
• Respond to crisis situations expediently
• Maintain tools and return borrowed tools
• Participate in safety and work training
• Maintain refrigeration systems
• Other duties as assigned

This is a safety-sensitive, on-site position.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Mechanical skills and understanding of basic machine functions
• Ability to use common tools (hammers, saws, drills, wrenches)
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work and be punctual
• English language skills preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent safety record
• Strong communication skills

• 3-phase and electronic systems
