Job summary

Aux Partners' manufacturing affiliate is seeking a maintenance technician to document repairs, inspect equipment, and set up new machinery in a busy plant in Kansas City. You will use the EAM work order system, read blueprints, perform preventive maintenance, and train others while prioritizing safety.

This full-time position offers strong starting pay, profit sharing, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus with clear growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs and documents activities in the work order system (EAM).
• Regular inspections and repairs on production equipment; assist in machine repairs and train others.
• Set up new equipment; troubleshoot with specialty tools and decide repair methods.
• Interpret blueprints and part drawings to perform maintenance tasks.
• Apply basic machinist skills using a vertical mill and lathe.
• Demonstrate understanding of welding and fabrication techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on maintenance status and submit end-of-shift reports.
• Follow safety protocols, report hazards, and engage in safety training.
