Job summary

Odin Properties LLC. in Philadelphia is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community. The role focuses on completing resident work orders, turnovers, and on-site upkeep with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.

The ideal candidate has a Type 2 HVAC certification (preferred) and at least two years in maintenance, a valid driver's license, and a neat, reliable, team-oriented approach. On-call rotations and purchasing coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Type 2 HVAC certification preferred.
• Two years’ experience in a maintenance field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Neat, clean, professional, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on parts and materials.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC Cert Preferred) for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Essential Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum Type 2 HVAC certification preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
