BI-STATE MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our residential properties well maintained, safe, and welcoming. You will perform general repairs, assist with renovations, and handle basic electrical and plumbing tasks while delivering reliable service to residents.

You will maintain HVAC and appliances, complete work orders, participate in on-call rotations, and travel between properties.

Qualifikationen

• Residential property maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and repair work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with residents.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools.

In this role, you'll tackle a variety of maintenance and renovation tasks including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repairs, and general upkeep. You'll help prepare apartments for new residents, complete preventative maintenance, and ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and welcoming.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Assist with apartment renovations and move-in preparations
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
• Maintain building systems like HVAC, water heaters, and appliances
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation
• Travel between properties

What we’re Looking For

• Maintenance experience in residential properties (multi-family a plus)
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and repair work
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and maintain great customer service with residents
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools
