Job summary

Job description

Please note this is a temporary FT Maintenance Assistance position.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Performs general maintenance of the property including grounds and physical plant including but not limited to:

• v Painting, chipped, faded or scheduled areas
• v Vinyl Flooring
• v Basic plumbing such as fixture repair/replacement to avoid water damage,
• v Basic carpentry such as hand rail repair, dresser drawer pull repair
• v Window, wall repair
• v Light fixture repair
• v Replace light bulbs

Communicates to maintenance director if not able to properly repair item as needed of repair in order to obtain external assistance when necessary.

Background Screening Requirement

This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
