Maintenance Technician – Hiring Immediately!

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for our client in Irvine, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a cutting-edge manufacturer investing heavily in U.S.-based operations, global expansion, and continuous innovation.

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay: $25-$27 per hour + Overtime Opportunities

Shifts Available: Shifts will vary, but candidates should be available between 8am and 6pm.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment
• Operate and inspect equipment such as laser welders, swaging machines, PCB testing tools, metal stampers, and high-speed assembly units
• Conduct preventive maintenance, safety checks, and system diagnostics
• Interpret prints and drawings for mechanical assembly
• Document maintenance activities in digital databases
• Assist in installation and start-up of new equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, HVAC, automotive repair, or similar fields
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with power tools
• Ability to read technical documents and follow procedures
• Experience with automation, sensors, HMIs, or troubleshooting electromechanical systems is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk during most of the shift, and work in tight spaces
• Team player with attention to detail and good communication skills
