MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

LOCATION: Irvine, CA

SCHEDULE: Standard

DURATION: 18-Month Contract

PAY: $26-31/hr

Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will perform maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities to ensure machines, mechanical equipment, building systems, and other facility components operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Repairing or replacing defective equipment components using hand and power tools.
• Performing routine preventive maintenance to maintain equipment and machinery in proper working condition.
• Inspecting motors, drives, belts, fluid levels, filters, and other mechanical components.
• Installing, assembling, and repairing electrical and electronic components, wiring, piping, plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
• Operating and testing machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions and identify required repairs.
• Recording maintenance and repair activities, including the type and cost of work performed.
• Cleaning and lubricating machinery components such as shafts, bearings, gears, and other moving parts.
