The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, 3rd shift position. This position is located at our Independence, Missouri location and has a schedule of Sunday-Friday 10pm to 6am. This position is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment, ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting equipment, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, completing repairs, and documenting maintenance activities in MaintainX. The technician will carry out preventive maintenance schedules, respond to equipment breakdowns, and collaborate with operations staff to minimize downtime. The role also involves following safety protocols, supporting continuous improvement of maintenance processes, and assisting with equipment installation or upgrades as needed.
