Job summary

Service Wizard is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on residential systems. You will identify performance improvements and educate homeowners to enhance comfort and safety.

Based in Austin, TX, the role requires field work across customer sites, use of hand and power tools, and accurate service documentation. EPA certification preferred, valid driver's license required, and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HVAC experience preferred (maintenance or installation a plus).
• EPA Certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range

$50,000 - $70,000 USD
