Maintains work area in a clean and orderly manner to reduce hazards* Leads, directs, participates in, and provides insight into the maintenance of the HVAC and related system operations and computerized maintenance management systems that support work order management and preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.* Programs and monitors the BMS (Building Management System) to ensure energy efficiency scheduling/operation of the HVAC and other systems to optimize performance and savings.* Operate, monitor, repair and maintain the facility’s mechanical systems, plumbing, irrigation, environmental controls, emergency power, electrical, HVAC and lighting systems as required for the safe and efficient operation of the facility.* Trains maintenance personnel to perform temperature set point adjustments, respond to alarms, and how to reset systems to proper operation.* Verifying completed maintenance and entering the data into a tracking system* Hires, schedules, and supervises maintenance staff.* Provide safety and operational training as required to the crew.* Project management as assigned by the Director of Operations.* Directs contracted building maintenance.* Responsible for the athletic playing surface upkeep, maintenance, protection, and conversions* Attend professional development training sessions as directed* Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications & Skills*** Follow and give verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively with others.* Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others while working* Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays* Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, stooping, lifting and walking.
