Job summary

Revolv Manufacturing in Hoyt Lakes, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure completion of maintenance requirements by responding to equipment breakdowns and managing a preventive maintenance schedule.

Duties include mechanical repair of production equipment and tooling, establishing and maintaining a preventive maintenance calendar, verifying work orders, and keeping work areas clean and organized to promote a productive environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Revolv Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will ensure completion of maintenance requirements. This will be accomplished by responding to equipment breakdowns and managing a preventive maintenance schedule.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• None

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Preventive maintenance
• Predictive maintenance
• Facility maintenance
• Grounds maintenance

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mechanical repair of production equipment and facilities
• Mechanical repair of production tooling and fixturing
• Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule
• Verify maintenance documentation is being followed (work orders)
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Promote positive and productive working environment
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Experienced with rotational molding and assembly tooling and equipment
• Good organizational skills, self-motivated, flexible, and able to prioritize.
• Additional skills as deemed necessary such as machining, welding, and electrical

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Technical school degree or equivalent
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred
