Job summary

HUBBARD PROPERTIES, INC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the property under the Property Manager’s direction. Responsible for maintaining electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, mechanical, and related systems including appliance repair and HVAC.

The role is full-time with a yearly salary of $33,280. Duties include uptime of the property, completing service requests, and assisting with make-ready of vacant units.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Report to Property Manager and pick up service requests.
• Inspect, diagnose, and determine materials and parts required for each service request.
• Complete maintenance service requests and update property manager.
• Complete make ready or move in for vacant apartments.
• Determine and complete special projects as outlined by the property manager.
• Assist with inventory control and cost containment.
• Maintain the shops in a clean and organized manner.

Position: Maintenance Technician

This position is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Property Manager. Responsible for assisting with the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsible for maintaining electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall replacement/repair, mechanical, and all related systems including appliance repair and HVAC systems.

Salary: $33,280.00 /year

Major Responsibilities

• Report to Property Manager and pick up service requests
• Inspect, diagnose, and determine materials and parts required towards the completion of each service request
• Complete all maintenance service requests as assigned and update property manager accordingly
• Complete the make ready or move in process of vacant apartments
• Determine and complete special projects as outlined by the property manager
• Assist with inventory control and cost containment
• Maintain the shops in a clean and organized manner
