Aerotek in Horn Lake, MS is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Multicraft) to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment across mechanical and electrical systems. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance and timely response to breakdowns in a manufacturing setting.
You will perform gear, bearing, and pump work, support PLC-driven equipment troubleshooting, and operate safely within established procedures while lifting loads up to 50 pounds and working on multiple shifts as needed.
This Multicraft Maintenance Technician role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing environment. You will work with both mechanical and electrical systems to ensure equipment runs safely, efficiently, and reliably, performing preventive maintenance and responding to breakdowns as needed.
You will join a production environment where maintenance is valued as a critical part of keeping operations running smoothly. The facility offers multiple shifts, providing flexibility for different schedules. You will gain hands‑on experience with a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC‑controlled equipment, and have the opportunity to build and grow your technical skill set in a supportive, safety‑focused setting.
The facility operates multiple shifts, including 1st shift (7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.), 2nd shift (3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.), and 3rd shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.), with a current opening on 3rd shift.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HORN LAKE, MS.
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
