Camillus House in South Florida seeks a Facilities Technician to maintain safe, functional, and well-kept facilities. Under the Facilities Manager, you will perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep buildings and grounds operational for clients, staff, volunteers, and visitors.
The role requires a high school diploma, at least five years of maintenance experience, knowledge of trade tools, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

You are resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of building systems. You work well independently and collaboratively, maintain strong working relationships with staff and vendors, and demonstrate respect and compassion when serving vulnerable populations.
Maintain the operational safety and functionality of Camillus House facilities by performing inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. This role supports the organization’s mission by ensuring that facilities remain safe, clean, and operational for clients, staff, volunteers, and visitors.
Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Technician performs repairs and preventive maintenance services across all Camillus House facilities. The position is responsible for maintaining building systems, addressing maintenance requests, and ensuring safe, clean, and properly functioning environments.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Full-time: Monday through Friday
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed
