Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify repair needs, safety concerns, and maintenance priorities.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility issues.
  • Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Repair or replace defective parts, components, and materials as needed.
  • Support setup, installation, and relocation of equipment and furniture.
  • Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance areas in organized condition.
  • Follow established safety procedures and report hazards or incidents promptly.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams when additional support is required.
  • Document completed work, parts used, and follow-up actions.
