Vulcan Tools in Hingham, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to ensure our facilities operate smoothly. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance on hydraulic, plumbing, and electrical systems, record repairs, and troubleshoot issues.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in manufacturing maintenance, strong problem-solving and teamwork, and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Strong work ethic, communication, and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems (hydraulic, plumbing, electrical) to ensure efficient operation.
• Keep records of completed repairs and last service dates.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to reduce safety risks.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as hydraulic, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring (480v a plus) to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Knowledge of hydraulic, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of manufacturing maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
