We are currently seeking a Permanent Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to our operation, and involves ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in equipment maintenance, electrical skills, preventive maintenance, and repairing.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent ability to read and understand complex electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize work accordingly.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and maintenance management systems.
• Must be flexible with work hours and be available for on-call emergencies.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be an advantage.
• Certification from a relevant professional body is a plus.
