Avesta Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain physical operations of our properties and support communities in New Hampshire. This full-time, on-site role involves routine, emergency, and preventative repairs, basic plumbing/electrical tasks, and light carpentry while keeping buildings safe and welcoming for residents.
You will work closely with property management, manage work orders, and provide dependable service in occupied apartments.

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with opportunity for overtime pay. Hourly wage is $22.00 - $25.00/hour.
This job is on-site at a defined portfolio with properties in Hampton Falls and Exeter, NH.
