Qualifications

• This role requires the ability to perform routine, emergency, and preventative repairs.
• Knowledge of general apartment and building repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, painting and light carpentry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong customer service.
• Proficiency with a company-issued phone and digital work orders.
