Job summary

SG Communities seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our communities safe, functional, and well-presented. You will handle ongoing repairs, routine upkeep, and occasional after-hours emergency responses on site.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance tickets promptly, lawn care, plumbing basics, and light electrical work, with a focus on mobile homes and park facilities. This role requires physical fitness and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Comfort working outdoors in different weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant homes.
• Perform lawn care including mowing, edging, and weed control.
• Handle plumbing basics, water/sewer connections.
• Paint, light electrical work, and general rehab of mobile homes.
