Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech to uphold the physical integrity of our multi-family properties. You will complete timely work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and keep grounds and shop areas organized while supporting emergency coverage with the team.

You should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. EPA HVAC and CPO certifications are preferred; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make readies.
• Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well‑organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner.
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.

Overview

Evolve at Homestead is looking for a Maintenance Tech who will use their experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.
