Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

1. Perform routine maintenance services: oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements
2. Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to detect issues and ensure safety
3. Identify and replace worn or faulty components (e.g., brake pads, hoses, belts)
4. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
5. Document services performed and inspection results accurately
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
7. Follow all dealership safety protocols and service procedures
8. Communicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent (required)
2. Technical school certification or ASE preferred
3. Previous experience as an automotive or lube technician is a plus
4. Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic tools
5. Valid driver's license and clean driving record
6. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
8. Team-oriented with a positive attitude
