Job summary

S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Magnolia Place in Greenville, NC.

The role maintains a safe, comfortable living environment by keeping electrical and mechanical systems functional and performing repairs as needed. You will respond to resident service requests, perform plumbing, drywall, tile, and electrical tasks, and assist with HVAC repairs. A valid driver’s license and relevant HVAC/EPA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Prior experience reflecting general mechanical aptitude and ability.
• Valid Driver’s License (if operating a vehicle).
• EPA certification for Freon recovery; HVAC certification.

Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF POSITION: To ensure residents a safe, comfortable, and attractive place to live by always keeping all electrical and mechanical equipment and appliances functional or serviced immediately and making all needed repairs to structures promptly. This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the community therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employee’s ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
