Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to support our automotive interior and exterior components manufacturing. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and keeping injection molding equipment running safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have hands-on mechanical skills, experience with electrical/hydraulic systems, and the ability to read schematics or learn.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on problem solving.
• Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems required.
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints or willingness to learn.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on injection molding equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues quickly and effectively.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints (training available).
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and downtime.

Shift Hours: 3 PM – 11 PM

About the Role

Join a well-established, innovative manufacturing company specializing in high-quality automotive interior and exterior components. As a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently to ensure production stays on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on injection molding and related manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues quickly and effectively
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints (training available if needed)
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine downtime
• Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving
• Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems required
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics (or willingness to learn)
• Understanding of preventative maintenance programs
• Prior experience in injection molding preferred
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and team‑oriented
