Madison--kipp-Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role focuses on facilities and industrial maintenance, ensuring equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently.

The technician will perform repairs, routine maintenance, and lead projects as needed. Ideal candidates have strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLCs, and the ability to interpret schematics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems; ohmmeter.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Commitment to safety protocols and best practices.
• Injection Molding or High Pressure Die cast experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs on mechanical systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Utilize PLCs for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Execute welding tasks as required for structural or equipment repairs.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide maintenance activities.
• Supervise junior maintenance staff and provide leadership during projects.
• Assist with facility maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with facility occupants.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team for 2nd & 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and industrial maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing repairs, conducting routine maintenance, and overseeing projects as needed.

Duties

Experience
