Job summary

Truhomeproperties is seeking a handyman to perform general property maintenance and repair across our managed properties in Grand Forks, ND. Candidates with hands-on repair experience and basic tools will fit best. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling is available, typically Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional weekend work. Starting pay is $20/hour, dependent on experience.

What you'll do:

General property maintenance and repair work across our managed properties - the more handyman experience you have, the better, but you don't need a ton of knowledge to apply.

What you need:

• Basic hand tools
• General mechanical/repair knowledge
• A valid driver's license and vehicle

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time available, flexible scheduling within Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Occasional weekend work possible.

Pay:

Starting at $20/hour, depending on experience.

Please note:

We currently have a heavy workload (often 40+ hours/week available), but work volume can slow down seasonally - layoffs are possible, particularly heading into winter. We want to be upfront about that so you can plan accordingly.
