Job summary

BI-STATE MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service our residential properties. You will tackle plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repairs, and general upkeep to keep apartments in top condition.

You’ll help prepare units for new residents and perform preventative maintenance across multiple sites. The role requires hands-on problem solving, independence, and strong customer service for residents, with on‑call rotation and travel between properties.

Qualifications

Residential maintenance experience is required.
Basic electrical, plumbing, and repair knowledge.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to provide good customer service to residents.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools.
