Job summary

Uline Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventive maintenance of HVAC systems, lighting and plumbing at the corporate campus. You will coordinate with contractors and inspectors to ensure compliance and access for on-site work, ensuring a safe and efficient facility environment.

This role requires basic knowledge of fire systems and generators, and the ability to work after-hours as needed. The position is on-site and offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities at Uline.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of fire systems and generators is required.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM

Position Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and electrical lighting, including tube, bulb and ballast replacement.

• Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities.

• Coordinate with contractors and inspectors during maintenance, repair and compliance projects, providing on-site support and facility access.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Basic knowledge of fire systems and generators.

• Available for after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed.
