Uline, based at 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158, seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our corporate headquarters safe and comfortable. You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, lighting, and plumbing; you will also guide contractors and inspectors during building projects.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and is available for after-hours and weekend on-call work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of fire systems and generators.
• Available for after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and electrical lighting, including tube, bulb and ballast replacement.
• Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities.
• Guide contractors and inspectors around our buildings.
