Job summary

Uline is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for its Corporate headquarters in Wisconsin. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across facilities, ensuring safe, clean, and well‑functioning environments for colleagues.

You’ll coordinate with vendors, manage paint supplies, and handle interior artwork installation, with a focus on quality work and safety. On-site roles with strong hands‑on skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs, including wood touch-up, drywall patching, painting, door repairs, furniture repairs and lock maintenance.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: painting; wood finishing; work with commercial office furniture (modular and/or case goods); floor and tile installation.
• 3 to 5 years experience using hand tools, power tools and paint equipment also preferred.
