Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking a Maintenance Specialist at its Corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will help ensure our buildings are beautiful and well-maintained workspaces, performing maintenance tasks, repairs, and inventory coordination.

The role demands hands-on experience with painting, wood finishing, and furniture repair, plus tool usage. This on-site position offers health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in painting, wood finishing, or working with commercial office furniture (modular/case goods); floor and tile installation preferred.
• 3–5 years experience using hand tools and power tools, and paint equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs including wood touch-up, drywall patching, painting, door repairs, furniture repairs and lock maintenance.
• Conduct and maintain paint supply inventories across assigned buildings.
• Coordinate roof inspections and leak repairs with vendors.
• Install interior artwork.
