Job summary

Linden Woods Village in Gladstone, MO is seeking a dedicated Plant Operations Technician (Maintenance Technician) to join our team. This role supports the Plant Operations Director in maintaining the community facility for residents, staff and visitors, including lawn care, painting and basic repairs.

The ideal candidate will have high school diploma, basic trades experience (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry) and a valid driver’s license; ability to work independently is essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to obtain chauffeur license.

Responsibilities

Maintain, repair and service facility equipment and furnishings as required.
Assist with lawn care, painting, remodeling, plumbing and other general building maintenance.
Follow safety policies and infection control guidelines; support transportation of residents when needed.
