• Service heating and cooling units at all facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds and parking areas.
• Repairs facility and equipment including plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested.
• Complete preventive maintenance schedule as set forth by the supervisor.
• Be available on-call for emergency conditions.

What You Will Do

• Experience in HVAC highly preferable but not required.
• Service heating and cooling units at all facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveway.
• Repairs the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, painting, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical.
• Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested.
• Assure that work assignments areas are clean and equipment, tools and supplies are properly stored before leaving the area.
• Perform and complete preventive maintenance schedule as set forth by the supervisor.
• Required to be on-call for emergency conditions/situations.
