Dream Live Prosper Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Houston, TX to maintain building safety and comfort. You will lead a hands-on team, address resident requests, and manage plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs while keeping costs in check.
You’ll also prepare vacant apartments within 5 days, mentor staff, and ensure on-call coverage. This role emphasizes problem-solving, communication, and coordination with vendors and residents.
As a Maintenance Technician, you play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort of our residents. You lead a dedicated team committed to maintaining the safety and cleanliness of our building. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from addressing resident requests to expertly managing plumbing and electrical issues. You are not only a manager but also a hands-on problem solver and a key contributor to our landscaping efforts.
