The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pool and appliances, with on-call duties and coordination with vendors, bids, and invoicing. Strong safety and customer service are essential.
OB TITLE: Maintenance Technician – Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO:General Manager / Maintenance Supervisor
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for responding to maintenance requests as instructed by the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor or property staff, or as requested by residents or vendors. This position ensures that the physical aspects of the property meet the Company’s established standards and any applicable laws.
Pay Range: $20-23/hourly & on call bonuses

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, work in high, precarious placed, outdoor weather conditions; frequently exposed to fumes of airborne particles; and occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
The ability and means to travel locally, overnight, in specific regions or states via automobile and airplane may be required.
