Job summary

Electrical Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician in Gaffney, SC is sought to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment. Shifts include 2nd and 3rd; schedule Monday–Friday with overtime and weekend work as needed.

The role supports uptime and continuous operations in a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. A related technical background and hands-on experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment diagrams.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and facility equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform emergency repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Execute preventative maintenance activities.
• Utilize tools and diagnostic equipment including multimeters, measuring devices, and welding equipment.
• Assist other maintenance team members as needed.
• Support a safe and productive manufacturing environment.

The facility operates a variety of converting and production equipment and is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to support uptime, reliability, and continuous operations.

Position Summary

The Electrical Multi-Craft Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment. This individual will play a key role in supporting preventative maintenance programs, responding to equipment failures, and ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and facility equipment
