Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing in Freeport, PA, is accepting applications for a Maintenance Technician to join our plant team. You will help maintain and service facility systems, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with machine programming and repairs as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2+ years in plant maintenance. You should be mechanically inclined, able to work independently, keep maintenance logs, and support continuous improvement while ensuring safety and

Qualifications

• High school graduate; two+ years in plant maintenance preferred.
• Ability to establish maintenance logs and perform preventive maintenance as per specs.
• Familiar with programming machines and using tools of the trade.
• Provide general service to facility, equipment, and grounds.
• Respond to requests with programming, tracking, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Engage in process improvement and tracking; may order parts/equipment.
• Understand machine operations and safety; work independently.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain maintenance logs for all equipment and perform routine preventive maintenance per manufacturers' specifications or as requested.
• Program machines assigned and competently use the tools of the trade.
• Provide general service work to the facility, equipment, and grounds.
• Respond to requests by performing services in programming, tracking, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Drive process improvement and tracking for the role.
• May order stencils, parts, and equipment as directed.
• Maintain general understanding of machine operations and safety.
• Be mechanically inclined and able to work independently.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• A general understanding of heating, plumbing, electric and carpentry experience in plant maintenance preferred, but not required.
• Establish and maintain maintenance logs for all equipment and perform routine preventive maintenance per manufactures specifications or as requested.
• Program machines assigned. Shall be familiar with and able to competently use the tools of the trade.
• Shall be able to provide general service work to the facility, equipment, and grounds.
• Shall respond requests by performing requested services in the areas of programming, tracking, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Process improvement and tracking is required for this position.
• May order stencils, parts, equipment as directed.
• Shall have a general understanding of machine operations and safety.
• Be mechanically inclined and able to work independently.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Prefer experienced person in plant maintenance, two years or more.
