Job summary

Flournoy Properties Group seeks a skilled maintenance worker for Ellison Cool Springs in Franklin, TN. Under the Maintenance Director, you will perform routine upkeep, assist with service requests, and support grounds and pool maintenance to keep the property in top condition.

You will participate in after-hours on-call rotations, help with make-ready tasks, maintain logs and warranties, and ensure safety policies are followed while delivering excellent resident service and a strong team mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification (for Certified Service Technicians).
• All state/local certifications as required for technicians.
• Current valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Maintenance Director, perform routine maintenance duties and other related tasks as assigned.
• Assist with service requests, make-ready, pool and grounds care, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform on-call after-hours service on a scheduled rotation, handle emergency requests, and participate in a full Saturday rotation with the service team.
• Maintain up-to-date inventories of parts, tools, and equipment, maintenance logs and records, employee schedules, and warranty lists.
• Ensure positive resident relations by responding to requests in a friendly, professional manner within designated timeframes.
• Foster a strong customer service mindset among co-workers.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all applicable safety policies and procedures.
• Assist Maintenance Director with other duties as assigned.
