Job summary

Rheinmetall AG, Fountain Inn, is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair automated assembly equipment, diagnose PLCs, robots, and pneumatic systems, and support new equipment launches. You will perform preventive maintenance and maintain CMMS records while assisting facility systems. A 2-year degree and 3+ years of experience are expected.

The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and a discretionary bonus structure.

Qualifications

• 2-year Electrical Engineering Technology or Mechatronics degree.
• Experience maintaining automated assembly equipment.
• Competent in understanding PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair high-volume automated assembly equipment.
• Diagnose PLC controls, robots, electro-mechanical and pneumatic devices.
• Support new equipment installation, debug and launch.
• Perform Predictive and Preventative Maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Maintain CMMS documentation and calibration procedures.
