Job summary

Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. operates Trinity Terrace in Fort Worth, TX, seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician. The role covers preventive maintenance, repairs, and system troubleshooting to keep resident apartments and common areas safe and welcoming.

You will respond to requests and emergencies, maintain clean workspaces, and support safety procedures while working Monday–Friday with pay ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in building maintenance, construction, facilities, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance systems.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and minor improvements throughout the community, including resident apartments and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergency service calls while providing excellent customer service.

Overview

Trinity Terrace is a premier senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional service, comfort, and care for residents. We are seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our buildings, equipment, and community spaces while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

What You'll Be Doing
