Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking experienced, HVAC-certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians to join our on-site team. You will diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, perform preventative maintenance, and support turnover work for vacant units.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification (EPA/CFC) required.
• 6+ months on-site experience.
• Valid ID required and transportation available.
• Own tools to perform duties.
• CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units on residential properties.
• Provide preventive maintenance on A/C and related systems.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status via turnover repairs.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of common areas and grounds.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs of all activity.
• Demonstrate multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units
• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems.
• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC)
• At least 6 months of onsite experience
• Valid I.D. Required
• Have reliable transportation
• Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties
• CPO Certification a Plus!
